A few things before your first wash.
Bag your laundry in a standard 13-gallon kitchen bag. Leave your preferred detergent alongside it, and add clear pickup, drop-off, and care instructions to your order.
Yes. Add your detergent instructions and care preferences in the app. Delicate care, hanging, and air drying options are available in the order flow. If you want items hung, provide your own hangers separately.
Choose from the available pickup and delivery options in the app. Scheduling requires at least six hours between pickup and delivery; air-dry orders require 24–48 hours. Your selected order schedule is the best guide.
Cycle is a laundry service. Do not include items labeled “Dry Clean Only.” If a Pro finds an item that needs clarification, they should contact you through the app.
Start on the Cycle Pro application. Fill out the form, then take the Freshness Test. After you pass, a Cycle team member will be in touch about your background check step. Complete onboarding and receive approval before accepting work.
